Common questions
- Log care. On Home, tap feeding, sleep, or diaper and follow the steps.
- Siri. Try “Log feeding in Menor”, “Log sleep in Menor”, or “Log a diaper change in Menor”.
- Partner sync. Settings → Partner Sync → Invite partner. They accept the iCloud invite on their iPhone.
- Export. Settings → Export Data, then share the PDF.
- Recover a log. Settings → Recently Deleted keeps items for 30 days.
- Subscriptions. Manage or cancel Menor Plus in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
If something is wrong
Tell us your iPhone model, iOS version, and what you were doing. Do not send photos of your baby or medical records unless you choose to.
