Who we are
Menor is developed by Sajad Kumar Thapa (“we”, “us”). Contact: sajadkumarthapa@icloud.com.
No Menor account
You do not create a Menor account. We do not run ads, sell data, or track you across other apps. We do not use App Tracking Transparency because we do not track you.
What you enter
You may add:
- Caregiver and baby profile details, such as names, birth dates, and photos
- Care logs: feeding, sleep, diapers, activity, growth, vaccines, and medicine
- Notes, voice-to-text care notes, and optional Celebration Art created from a photo you choose
This can include health-related information you choose to record. Menor is not a medical device and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
Where data lives
On your iPhone. Logs are stored in Menor’s local database on the device.
Optional iCloud. If you are signed in with iCloud, Apple may store a copy so the same Apple ID can use Menor on your other devices. Apple operates iCloud under Apple’s privacy policy.
Optional partner sharing. If you invite a partner, you share selected logs through iCloud sharing that you start and can stop. AirDrop is a one-time copy you send. Nearby device discovery on the same Wi‑Fi may be used only to find another Menor device you choose to connect.
Profile photos stay on each device unless you include them in a backup you export, save Celebration Art to Photos, or share logs with a partner.
Microphone and speech
Cry Helper listens on the device to offer a guess about what might help. Audio from Cry Helper is processed on the device and is not stored by Menor.
Voice logging uses Apple speech recognition. If on-device recognition is unavailable, Apple may process the audio to return text, under Apple’s terms.
Purchases
Menor Plus is sold through Apple. Apple processes payment. We do not receive your full payment card details. Apple may share a subscription status with the app so we can unlock Plus features.
What we do not collect
We do not operate our own analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting accounts that upload your care logs. Standard Apple system services (iCloud, StoreKit, Siri / App Intents, speech recognition) may process data as described by Apple.
Children
Menor is for parents and caregivers, not for children to use on their own. Baby information is entered by you. If you believe a child’s data was added without a parent’s consent, email us and we will help you remove it from any copy we control. We cannot delete data that exists only on your device or in your iCloud account — you can delete the app, empty Recently Deleted, and remove iCloud copies from that Apple ID.
Your choices
- Export PDFs or a backup from Settings
- Recover or permanently delete logs from Recently Deleted (kept for 30 days)
- Stop partner sharing in Partner Sync
- Delete the app to remove the local database
- Remove iCloud copies from this Apple ID in iPhone Settings if iCloud is enabled
How long we keep data
We do not keep a Menor server copy of your logs. Data remains on your device, in optional iCloud or partner shares you enable, and in files you export, until you delete them.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
