The app
Invoice Generator is an iOS app from Sajad Kumar Thapa. It helps you create invoices, save clients and rates, export PDFs, and optionally scan cards or lists. It is a document tool. It is not an accountant, lawyer, or tax adviser.
Apple’s licence
The app is a Licensed Application under Apple’s Standard EULA. These Terms add details about Pro and how we expect the app to be used. If something here conflicts with Apple’s EULA for App Store distribution, Apple’s EULA controls for that point.
Your content
You own the invoices, client details, logos, and other material you enter. You are responsible for that content being accurate and lawful, and for how you send it to clients. We don’t claim ownership of your business data.
Pro subscriptions
Pro unlocks premium PDF templates, your logo on invoices, watermark-free exports, and Smart Capture. It is offered as auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple:
- Pro Monthly — $9.99 USD per month (or the equivalent shown in the App Store for your country)
- Pro Yearly — $99.99 USD per year (or the local equivalent), with a 7-day free trial where offered
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or via Manage subscription in the app. Unused trial time is forfeited when you buy a subscription, where applicable.
Apple, not us, handles billing, refunds, and restore purchases. Refund requests go through Apple.
Free use
You can create invoices without Pro. Free PDFs may include a watermark, Classic template only, and no custom logo or Smart Capture. We may change free limits later; we will not take away invoices you already created on the device.
Acceptable use
Don’t use the app to break the law, impersonate someone, or generate documents you know are fraudulent. Don’t reverse engineer the app except where the law allows.
No professional advice
Invoices, tax fields, and payment notes are for your convenience. You are responsible for tax, legal, and accounting requirements in your country. We are not liable for missed payments, tax filings, or disputes with your clients.
Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is”. We work to keep it reliable, but we don’t warrant that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose, beyond what the law requires.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the app. Our total liability for a claim relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid for Pro in the 12 months before the claim, or $10 if you haven’t paid, unless a law says otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top will change. If you keep using the app after an update, you accept the new Terms. Subscription prices are set in App Store Connect and shown in the app at purchase.
