Calmly Terms of Use

Last updated 12 September 2026. Calmly: Breathe & Log by Sajad Kumar Thapa.

The app

Calmly helps you log intense moments, notice patterns, and use guided breathing. By using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Calmly.

Not medical care

Calmly is a self-reflection and breathing tool. It is not therapy, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care. Insights and body context are for awareness only. Reach someone contacts a person you saved — it is not a crisis hotline. If you are in danger, contact local emergency services.

Your content

You keep ownership of the logs, notes, and photos you add. You are responsible for what you record. Do not use Calmly to harm others or to break the law.

Calmly Plus

Logging and basic Calm Now stay free. Calmly Plus is an optional auto-renewing subscription sold through the App Store. Yearly and monthly plans are billed by Apple to your Apple ID. Payment is charged when you confirm purchase. The subscription renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage or cancel in your Apple ID subscription settings. A free trial, if offered, converts to a paid plan unless you cancel before it ends.

Apple Health, Watch, and widgets

Health access, Watch features, and widgets are optional. Apple’s terms also apply when you use Apple Health or the App Store.

Audio

Some ambient tracks are from Mixkit and are used under Mixkit’s free license. Other interface elements are part of Calmly.

Availability

We may update, pause, or discontinue features. We are not liable for data loss on your device, or for decisions you make after using insights or breathing tools.

Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent through App Store Connect for Calmly: Breathe & Log, or to the developer account that publishes the app.
