Logs, your name, focus goals, support contact, and optional profile photo stay on this iPhone. Calmly does not have its own account system or cloud login.
Apple Health
If you turn on Apple Health, Calmly can read rest, heart, breathing, and movement for gentle context, and can save Calm Now sessions as mindfulness minutes. That data stays in Apple Health and on your device. Calmly does not sell health data or use it for ads.
Apple Watch and widgets
The Watch app and widgets share a small snapshot with the iPhone through an App Group on your devices. That snapshot does not leave your Apple devices through Calmly’s servers — Calmly has none.
On-device suggestions
If Apple Intelligence is available, short log chips and insight wording may be generated on device. They are not sent to Calmly.
Calmly Plus
Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple. Calmly receives an on-device entitlement so extra sounds and longer insights can unlock. Apple processes the payment.
Not medical care
Calmly is a self-reflection and breathing tool. It is not therapy, diagnosis, or emergency care. Reach someone calls or texts a person you saved — it is not a crisis hotline. If you are in danger, contact local emergency services.
